Arnis DC Martial Arts focuses on providing top quality instruction in Filipino Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Grappling, and other Martial Arts. Our atmosphere is casual and informal, and we have locations in Bethesda, MD and DuPont Circle, DC. We do not have contracts, and have a pay by class option for busy professionals. Our goal is to teach you practical and effective street self-defense while improving your physical conditioning and having fun. We focus on teaching you an integrated system comprised of martial arts from around the world to give you the best possible chances of survival.
