About "Servant of Two Masters"

Mistaken Identities and Mishaps in Italian Farce "Servant of Two Masters"

Carlo Goldoni's 18th-century farce "Servant of Two Masters" follows Truffaldino, a minion who tries to double his earnings by working for two bosses. Things don't go as planned, of course, as mistaken identities and missed connections lead to all manner of tomfoolery. Annapolis Shakespeare Company presents this world premiere -- adapted by playwright Tim Mooney -- in the outdoor courtyard at Reynolds Tavern. Grab a spot under the summer night's stars and enjoy the lively twists and turns, physical comedy and mayhem of this "Commedia dell'Arte" classic.
