Home PC Repair is a family-owned and operated computer repair service in Springfield, VA. The chief technologist is Charles Carmack, who worked as a nuclear engineer for a major utility in Phoenix, AZ before transitioning into the computer industry.

Charlie's background encompasses more than 20 years in computer networking, LAN/WAN installation, home/small business PC support and troubleshooting. He has held numerous positions with both large and small clients—including Worldwide Help Desk Manager for several major corporations and Project Manager for a number of local IT firms.

Charlie and his team have established a network of professionals with diverse backgrounds who can provide additional services such as software development, graphics, and color management consulting.
