Reader complaint about Rieger Imaging:

the photographer I work for sent the about 20 rolls of film that she had taken in India Cambodia Thailand and Nepal. The service was slow for one and secondly all of her negatives came back with massive scratches to the emulsion and huge watermarks. this was 85% of the negatives. it was devastating. i will never use them again. not only that but when we brought up the issue, it was as if they didn't care and did not take responsibility.
